Hello, Today i am sharing a 10 minutes recipe. It is a sponge cake recipe. Yes, cake in just 10 minutes. You can bake it at evening tea. It looks very yummy and unique. It is one of the simple and easy cake recipes.

How do I bake a cake in a toaster?

You can bake it easily. These cakes are so easy to prepare and no take any time. They are perfect for kids lunch box and at evening with tea.

Ingredients;

• Flour 2cups
• Sugar 1 1/2 cups
• Oil 1/3 cup
• Coconut 1/3 cup
• Eggs 4
• Baking powder 3tsp
• Salt 2 pinch
• Vanilla essence 1tsp

Method:

1. Take a bowl add eggs one by one and whisk them. (add 1 egg whisk it then add other one) then add oil, vanilla essence and sugar whisk them all properly.

2. Sift the flour and baking powder well so, that it mixes well. It helps the cakes to rise properly. And add salt.

3. Now, add egg mixture into dry ingredients and gently mix it with hand (don't use whisk or blender)

4. Add coconut in mixture and mix it. Preheat sandwich maker for 4 to 5 minutes.

5.  Grease sandwich maker then add 2 TBS of this mixture into one part of the preheated sandwich maker and bake it for 7 mints.

6. After 7 mints our sandwich sponge cakes is ready serve with tea and give children in lunchbox.
