Ingredients of Indian Masala tea powder;
- Green Cardamom(Elaichi) 6 to 7
- Black Cardamom(Kali Elaichi) 3
- black pepper(Kali Mirch) 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) 3
- Fennel seeds(Saunf) 1 TBS
- Cloves (Lung)1/2 tsp
- Dry Ginger(Sonth) 1 TBS
- Liquorice root (mulethi) 2 sticks
How to make Tea Masala Powder?
Fry all the ingredients for 1 minute except Tulsi, Dry ginger and liquorice root(Mulethi).
Now , off the flame and add tulsi, dry ginger and liqourice root. Then left it off to cool them all.
Mix all the chai masala ingredients in a blender and blend it to make a powder.
Store Tea Powder in an air tight container and always use clean and dry spoon.
