So, today I tell you the recipe of chocolate fudge cake or Chocolate birthday cake. It is very easy quick and simple chocolate cake recipe. You only need one bowl and minimal ingredients to make this chocolate cake.

Now, i tell you the ingredients of this yummy and easy chocolate cake recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of Luke warm water
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of oil
  • 1tsp of coffee powder
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp of salt 
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 6 TBS of coco powder 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence  

This cake is also an amazing idea for coffee lovers because 1 tsp of coffee in this recipe give a unique flavor to this cake. This is a very testy and unique cake recipe.

How to make chocolate cake?

METHOD:

STEP.1

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter three 9-inch cake rounds. Dust with flour and tap out the excess. If you do not have an oven take a pot add 1 kg salt in the pot cover it and pre heat it for 15 mints. First 5 mint at medium flame then 10 mints at low flame.

 Step.2

            In step 3 take a bowl add 1cup of flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1tsp salt and 6TBS of coco powder mix  all the dry ingredients properly.

Use both baking powder and baking soda for lift. And Salt balances the flavor.

Step.3

         In step.3 add 1/2 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of oil, 1egg, 1tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup of sugar in the dry ingredients bowl.


Don’t use butter in this cake batter. Cocoa powder is a particularly drying ingredient, so this cake needs oil for suitable moisture.

Step.4

         Beat all the ingredients gently with the help of electric beater if you do not have a beater you can use hand beater. Beat it for 2 to 3 mint.



Step.5

          In step 5 take a half cup of warm water add 1tsp coffee in it and mix it well. 


Hot liquid enhances the cocoa powder’s flavor. It also encourages it to bloom and dissolve appropriately. And With this amount of cake batter, we need a hot liquid to break up the cocoa powder lumps resting in all that flour. If you don’t drink coffee, you can use hot water. For deeper and darker flavor, though, use coffee. (Decaf coffee works!)

Step.6

         In step 6 add hot coffee water in cake batter slowly and beat it Constantly to avoid lumps.


Cake batter is ready pure it in cake mold and put it into the oven or preheated pot bake it for 30 to 35 mints. 

If you bake it on the stove then bake it at medium flame for 10 mints after 10 mints low the flame for 25 mints.


After 35 mints tasty and easy chocolate cake  is ready.

Don't try to cut it immediately it will break first cool it then cut it.
